Event Schedules Fall 2024
Concert Bands & Percussion Ensembles
All events are REQUIRED for ensembles in which the student performs in during their class.
Fall Concert - Wed. September 25 - ALL Concert Bands at DESERT VISTA HS - families are responsible for getting their students to and from Desert Vista HS. See schedule for more details.
Middle School Recruiting Concert - Thurs. September 26 - Wind Ensemble (6th Hr ONLY) at Corona del Sol Large Gym. See schedule for more details.
Fall Percussion Concert - Tues. October 22 - ALL Percussion Ensembles at Corona del Sol Small Gym. Schedule to come.
Marching Band
This page will be updated as we get schedules. Please check back often! If there are any time updates, we will let families know well in advance!
All events are REQUIRED for Marching Band students. All students are required to take the bus to and from events. However, if there is a situation where a parent needs to drive their student to an event or after an event, please fill out and turn in this form to Mr. DuPlessis one week prior to an event. Students cannot drive themselves to or from any marching events.
September 28 - Corona del Sol Invitational (at start of Fall Break - required for all members)
October 10, 11, 12 - CdS Marching Band “Mini Camp” at Corona; Group and Section Photos; Millennium Invitational (at end of Fall Break - required for all members)
October 17-20 - Marching Band California Trip (performance at WBA Riverside Community College “Big Orange Classic”) - Detailed Itinerary coming soon!
October 26 - Dobson Invitational
November 2 - ARIZONA STATE MARCHING BAND SEMIFINALS at Desert Vista (schedule TBA - we will get our times assigned to us on October 29 and will post a schedule shortly after. Plan on an afternoon call time and evening performance)
November 16 - ARIZONA STATE MARCHING BAND CHAMPIONSHIPS at Glendale Community College (schedule TBA - we will get our times assigned to us on November 5 and will post a schedule shortly after. Plan on an afternoon call time and evening performance)
