  • Sat. Jan 18 - Solo/Ensemble Festival at Mountain Pointe HS (audition times posted in band hallway)

  • Fri. Jan 24 or Sat. Jan 25 - Regional Honor Band Auditions at Pinnacle HS (required for 1st/6th hour concert bands, optional for percussion and freshmen. Audition times posted in band hallway).

  • Sat. Jan 25 - First Winter Guard competition at Agua Fria HS

  • Mon. Jan 27 - CdS Auditorium “Grand Re-opening” Event 5:30-7 pm (open to the public! A small jazz combo and small steel band will perform at 5:30-6:10 pm)

  • Wed. Jan 29 and Thurs. Jan 30 - All-State Jazz Band Festival at Mesa Arts Center (Luke, Will, Jack)

  • Sat. Feb 1 - AMEA Conference - Special Concert for 6th Hour Percussion Ensemble

  • Sat. Feb 1 - AMEA Conference - Special Conducting Clinic session with 6th Hour Wind Ensemble

  • Sat. Feb 1 - Winter Guard competition at Campo Verde HS

  • Tues. Feb 4 - 6th Hour Wind Ensemble performance at TUHSD District Assessment at McClintock HS (morning time)

  • Feb. 6-9 - Steel Band Tour

  • Feb. 14-15 - Regional Festival at Central HS (for those that successfully audition into these groups)

  • Fri. Feb. 21 - Area Jazz Festival (Jazz Band 1 only)

  • Thurs. Feb. 27 - Area Concert Festival (ALL concert bands/percussion sections)

  • Fri. Feb. 28 - Jazz Bands Concert at Corona del Sol (both jazz bands)

  • Tues. March 4 - Concert Bands Concert at Corona del Sol (ALL concert bands/percussion sections)

  • Tues. April 1 - Percussion Concert at Corona del Sol (ALL percussion classes)
