Band Booster meetings are generally scheduled for the second Tuesday of the month, but check the calendar on the home page for exact dates. The minutes from previous meetings are available here.

Duties of the Band Booster Executive Committee
Each year (generally in February) a Nominating Committee seeks out candidates for the Band Booster Executive Committee. Here is a list of the duties of each position, per the bylaws:
President: The President shall preside at all meetings of the Executive Committee and general membership, and shall have charge of and control over the affairs of the organization, subject to the Executive Committee.
Vice President: The Vice President shall perform such duties as may be assigned him/her by the Executive Committee or the President. In case of disability or absence of the President, he/she shall perform and be vested with all power and duties of the President.
Secretary: The Secretary shall keep minutes of the proceedings of membership and Executive Committee meetings and shall give meeting notices as required. The Secretary shall have custody of all books, records, and papers other than financial and membership. The Secretary shall certify election results.
Treasurer: The Treasurer shall keep accounts of all money of the organization, received or disbursed, and shall deposit all money and valuables in the name of and credit to, the organization in such banks and depositories as the Executive Committee shall designate. The Treasurer shall be empowered to prepare checks authorizing payment of valid debts. All voting members except the Treasurer shall be authorized signers on the bank account for checks so prepared, to install a system of checks and balances on checks being issued against Booster funds, and to prevent the opportunity for fraud. While there is a need for some corporate memory in the organization, it is recommended that the role of Treasurer change hands at least as frequently as every two (2) years.
Communications Officer: The Communications Officer shall be responsible for ensuring that students and parents are kept informed regarding upcoming events, news, and the like. This may include, for example, maintaining and administering one or more websites, social media sites, and/or email distribution lists.
