Congrats to the Aztec Marching Band on a great show at the DV Invitational, with a jump of 2.776 points from the previous week, and 2nd Place overall. Our color guard also received the Auxiliary caption. We made great strides in all the captions. Most importantly, we have qualified for the State Semi Finals! The group’s highest scores determine what order they perform – and currently we are the 2nd highest score in the state so we get to perform 2nd to last this weekend!
Our next competition will be on Saturday, November 6 at the ABODA STATE SEMI FINALS. We have a call time of 4:40 pm, and a performance time of 8:30 pm. More information can be found on our schedule here. This is a REQUIRED performance for all marching band members, so please plan accordingly.
